Beginning in the beautiful Argentine capital of Buenos Aires, enjoy the city's fashionable atmosphere with wide boulevards, hip cafes and great shopping. Cross the Mar Del Plata River to the historic fortress town of Colonia in Uraguay before making your way to the capital, Montevideo. Cross back into Argentina at Salto and travel to the Jesuit ruins at San Ignacio Mini before moving north to the spectacular Iguazu Falls on the Brazillian border. The journey moves on to Curitiba and the vibrant metropolis of Sao Paolo, home to more than 11 million people. Follow the stunning scenery north to the former pirate town of Pirati before reaching the final destination Rio de Janiero. On Santa Cruz, visit the Charles Darwin Centre and the Highlands for an encounter with the giant Galapagos tortoise. Spend the last night ashore on Santa Cruz Island in the village of Puerto Ayora before flying back to Quito.

Explore the winding streets of Camaguey before travelling to on to Trinidad which is home to some great museums and Spanish-style churches.
